our products and services
Portable Bars
an easy, moveable bar that allows us to serve drinks over. Convenient for service in smaller locations. Can be hired individually. MORE DESIGNS TO COME!
Slushy machine
our slushy machine must be dropped off at least 3 hours prior to any event to allow the mix to freeze. This does not require a bar tender and can be a self serve system all night. Can be used for any events with or without alcohol. Must have a strong sturdy base to be situated on as it is quite heavy.
Keg wall
our keg wall offers up to two 19l kegs. this can be reduced to 10l. this is portable and suited to any event both indoors and outdoors. Guests may serve themselves without the assistance of a staff member, however it is under the discretion of the hirer that the equipment will be used in a responsible manner. Please read our terms and conditions for further information on this)

we cURRENTLY have three Gorgeous shelved display stands for hire. These can be utilised in 3 didfeent ways.
Bar tenders
our bartenders are able to serve any drinks you have for your event whether that be cracking beer cans or pouring wine and champagne. We can also make your desired cocktails on the go (this is limited to one cocktail per bar tender) as well as serve from our very own keg systems
Kegged cocktail trailer – Our gorgeous kegged cocktail trailer offers the opportunity to host for large numbers. The trailer contains four kegs each with the ability to hold up to 19l (however we can do smaller batches such as 10l.) Our minimum number of kegs required to be utilised to hire the trailer is two. Our prices include prep, delivery, and cleaning. 1 bar tender may be required depending on the guest ratio in case something goes wrong with the system as well to keep an eye on guests as it is a fast pour system containing alcohol. This is more suited to outdoor events as it is a trailer over 2 meters long and a lot larger than the standard bar or keg wall. Please keep in mind that you will have to cover the cost of alcohol per keg which can be up to 4 bottles of whatever liquor you choose.if you wish to attach your own keg they must have an a type or d type coupler. ALTERNATIVELY, we can pour your prefferd drinks (beer, cider etc) into the kegs ourselves.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!
1. How many litres should I use for my event?
Guideline – 20 people = roughly 250ml per drink = 5000ml (5L) x 4 drinks each = 20 L = 1 Keg
80 people = 2000ml (20L) x 4 drinks = 80 L over four hours = roughly 4 kegs.
If you wish to stretch the keg mix, we can simple add more ice into the cups.
2. Why is there a fee with Glass wear?
- A loss and breakage fee of $10 per glass will be applied if glasses are not returned to us at the end of the night. This will be charged to you at the end of the event and must be paid within 1 week of the event completion.
3. Why might I have to pay more after the event?
- This may occur if there is damage to any equipment that may happen throughout the night. Anything that is broken will be documented and sent back to you with an attached invoice that must be paid within 1 week of the event completion. Please read our terms and conditions for more information on this.

4. Do you cater to 18th Birthday parties?
- Yes, however there will be a restrictions on 18th Birthday parties. If a bar tender is hired, wrist bands must be worn and applied only by an EMBER – N – CO employee once ID’s are checked. This is to prevent any underage service by our company as it is illegal. Refusal to abide by this will result in us packing up our equipment and leaving the event with no refund available. Our equipment must be hired through a responsible adult over the age of 18 and Ember – N – CO will not be responsible for any secondary supply to minors if no staff member is present.
5. Can we decorate the equipment?
- Yes you can. You are more than welcome to decorate the equipment with your own décor to ensure your vision is brought to life. However, there will be no modifications made (painting, drilling holes, changing shape or design etc). Let us know what you are thinking, and we are more than happy to help make it happen!
6. Who takes care of set up and pack down?
- Ember – N – Co staff will look after everything. Our goal is to make your event as stress free as possible. We will arrive up to 2 hours prior to your event depending on equipment hired to allow plenty of time to set up and make sure everything is functioning properly. Pack down will happen immediately after your event time frame finishes. We will be discrete and quiet to not bother guests if the party is still going, however please keep in mind if glass wear is hired that towards the end of the night we do require all glass wear to be returned to us so we may have to swap to plastic cups so that no glass wear is left behind. If equipment is hired without bar tenders or staff there, we will return the following day to collect all equipment as long as it is left in a safe and enclosed area, if not we will collect the night of.
7. Can you operate in a public location?
- Any service in a public location such as a park will be at your discretion to obtain the appropriate licencing/applications. Owners of any property must be alerted prior to our arrival that we will be attending and have permission to be on site.
8. Do you require a deposit?
- Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Once this is paid your date will be locked in. This is due within one month of booking.
9. Can I extend my booking if my time is coming to an end?
- This will all depend on the length of time staff have worked and if there are significant beverages still left over. Basically, an event-to-event gauge. If you believe your service will need to potentially be extended, you can pay a fee in advance if not you will be required to sign an agreement which means you agreed to us extending our service and you’re happy to pay the extra costs. The cost will be determined based on the amount of equipment, drinks served, staff utilised etc an invoice will be sent after the event is completed and must be paid within the week.
10. What happens if I have left over alcohol in the kegs?
- We don’t like waste and will pour all extra liquid from the kegs into sealable containers for yourself. This will be left in your hands as a keep’s sake to drink away whenever you please. If you do not wish to keep the rest, we will dispose of it once back at our base location for clean-up.

11. Can I hook my own beer keg up to the system?
- Yes absolutely, we know beer (or cider) is a favourite especially on tap. You will have to provide the keg yourself and it must have the suited head to attach to our adapter if not we can pour your favourite beer cartons into the kegs instead. This acts as a cheaper alternative than buying a full keg. Our price remains the same if utilising the keg systems.
